Resolving Differences
If there is divergence from your plan, question whether the change is okay (better?) or needs to be corrected. From the perspective of a year or so, think about whether the differences matter. The strongest position is often the combination of opposing ideas. How can the information be constructively put together? Does a human conflict need to get resolved? If change is necessary, where are the pivotal points?
